At Keystone Academy & Early Learning, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must include original packaging when applicable
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom products
• Digital downloads or printable materials
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Items that have been used or worn

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
