Enrollment Privacy Policy

 This Enrollment Privacy Policy supplements the Keystone Academy & Early Learning Privacy Policy and applies specifically to student inquiries, waitlists, and enrollment-related information. 

Pre-Opening Enrollment Notice

Submission of an enrollment inquiry, waitlist request, or application to Keystone Academy & Early Learning prior to a location’s official licensing approval or opening date does not guarantee placement or availability of services.

Information collected during the pre-opening phase is used solely for planning, communication with families, and determining community interest. Families will be notified once licensing approval, classroom availability, and program start dates are confirmed.

Student and Enrollment Information Privacy

When families submit enrollment inquiries, waitlist requests, program applications, or related educational interest forms, Keystone Academy & Early Learning may collect limited information about children such as:

• child’s name
• age or date of birth
• classroom interest
• developmental needs (if voluntarily shared)
• schedule needs
• parent/guardian contact information

This information is collected solely for the purpose of:

• determining program availability
• supporting enrollment planning
• communicating with families
• preparing for classroom placement when applicable

Keystone Academy & Early Learning treats student-related information with the same care and confidentiality expected under educational privacy standards, including principles consistent with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), where applicable.

Student information is never sold, shared publicly, or used for marketing unrelated to Keystone Academy & Early Learning programs.

Families may request review, correction, or deletion of submitted enrollment information at any time prior to enrollment.
